Founder & CEO
I’m the CEO here, that pretty much means I’m responsible for driving the business forwards and striving for growth and success… as well as dealing with all those problems and challenges that crop up!

Liam Torrance
Head of Operations
I’m responsible for overseeing Service and Project delivery and making sure these areas of the company run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, offering help and guidance and adhering to customer SLA’s and ticket escalations where needed.

Head of Telecoms
My role is to introduce our partners to modern telephony options fit for a modern workplace and the demands of a mobile and disparate workforce.

Gemma King
Head of Marketing
I’m responsible for all lead-generation activities within the business as well as day-to-day marketing across our social platforms, website and partner portal.

Louise Cryer
Partner Success Manager
I am responsible for ensuring our partner’s needs are met and that they are getting value out of their strategic partnership with us. I am also responsible for growing the telecoms arm of the business; having used to be a telecoms engineer, I love to get involved with the telecoms projects.

Bethan Liddell
Head of Business Support
I am responsible for managing the day to day running of the office, Partner Contracts, Billing, Internal HR/Payroll & ensuring smooth and efficient processes are followed when supporting all areas of the business.

Charlotte O'Connor
Business Support Administrator
I ensure that our billing process runs as smooth as possible, and any administration is done efficiently to help the service desk run as smooth as possible. When I’m not helping with billing you will see me keeping up the positive vibes in the office ensuring everyone is smiling and in good spirits.

Rachel Carter
Business Support Administrator
You’ll often find me welcoming visitors with a smile, making sure our billing processes run smoothly, and supporting the sales team with their procurement needs. Whether it’s a warm greeting or efficient support, I’m here to help!

Tim Bishop
Marketing Executive
I support all of our marketing from lead generation and digital campaigns to content across our website, social media, and partner platforms. I also bring professional photography and video to the team to help elevate our brand visually.

Jamie Richards
Service Desk Team Lead
I keep a close eye on the service requests that come into us, making sure that tickets are effectively and quickly allocated to engineers, as well as supporting both the Service Desk and Projects Team with issue resolution.

Daniel DeBono
Solutions & Infrastructure Engineer
I manage both cloud and on-premises environments for our partners. I specialise in optimising infrastructure performance, implementing scalable solutions, and introducing new technologies that drive efficiency and business growth. My focus is on delivering reliable, future-ready systems that align with our partners’ evolving needs.

Harrison Edwards
Service Desk Engineer
I assist with all things technical, from inbound technical problems through to helping our partners obtain Cyber Security Certifications. I am focused on educating partners about the importance of a multi-layered security approach, playing a crucial role in this educational initiative, sharing insights and best practices that help organisations strengthen their defences against cyber threats.

As an IT Field Service specialist, I’m responsible for maintaining all hardware and software across the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. With many years of experience in hardware support and data recovery, I bring a practical, hands-on approach to solving technical issues quickly and effectively.

Joe Reynolds

I have many years experience in computer networking. I run my own personal Proxmox cloud server and have developed enterprise applications using the .NET framework.

Josh Brudenell

I have extensive experience working in one of the largest service desks in the UK. With a background in robotic engineering and app/web development, I enjoy creating innovative and user-friendly solutions to deliver exceptional service.
