Our Story So far
We’ve come a long way since we started in 2003 and so has the technology. What started as one man, his laptop and mobile phone has grown into a team of talented individuals, passionate about who we are and what we do – it’s our combined skills and approach that makes Team Metalogic what it is today.
The ‘Metalogic Way’ still stands strong, and with founder and CEO Mike Parfitt at the helm, we continue to grow and develop as a team, embracing change and expanding our offering as technology continues to develop. Whilst our services change, our unwavering commitment to client success remains.

Our first client
Metalogic New Media (as we were originally known) starts trading, providing web development & IT support for local businesses.
Lets get official
Metalogic New Media Ltd incorporated, as the business and its’ client base started to grow.
Putting the 'Team' in Metalogic
Name change to Team Metalogic Ltd to more accurately reflect our own growth to a small team, that is also an extension of yours as well as our developing service offering.
Awarded Accredit UK Accreditation
Sustainable Business
Achieved the prestigious ‘Sustainable Business’ charter mark in recognition of our systems and processes in place to support sustainability.
Team Metalogic relocate to Caerphilly
Team Metalogic move to Orchard House, Caerphilly Business Park, to accommodate a growing business and a growing team.
Team Metalogic recognised as an 'Exemplar Employer'
Team Metalogic achieve the Chwarae Teg ‘Exemplar Employer’ award in recognition of our culture, equality, training and well-being programmes.
CyberEssentials Certification
We achieved the CyberEssentials certification, demonstrating our knowledge in cybercrime, online security and its prevention.

We are the only IT provider in Wales to be listed in the ’50 best managed IT companies’ at an awards ceremony held at the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall

NOC Investment
Team Metalogic invest in Network Operations Centre (NOC) reseources as well as advanced network monitoring tools, enabling us to offer our customers industry-leading services & solutions.
Growth & Investment
Team Metalogic report 72% increase in revenues from FYE 2018 as we review our own model and position ourselves as a ‘strategic partner’, facilitating the growth of our customers and ourselves.
As we continue to invest in our own systems, processes and technology we work with our partners to help them align the right technology to their own goals & objectives.
Pandemic Strikes
As the world went into lockdown we had to adapt and react quickly, making sure we were still at the end of the phone for our partners when they needed us most, whilst also ensuring the safety of our own team.
Over what was a difficult period for all, we’re proud of what we achieved during this time, putting our partners first and ensuring that wherever possible, their doors remained open.
Launched 'Professional Services' Division
Businesses needed change, most of them needing a ‘modern workplace’ environment running in the cloud and allowing them to work from any device, at any time, in any place. We adpated quickly and despite uncertain economic times, we developed our dedicated in-house Professional Services team who would go on to deliver projects for our partners that were fit-for-purpose, affordable, scalable and secure.
Wales Fast Growth 50
In 2020 we made the Wales Fast Growth 50 list as one of the 50 fastest growing businesses in Wales. In addition, we were awarded the Chamber of Commerce High Growth Business of the Year award.
